    Yes one of the agent last to last week asked me the tracking # for the envelope in which I sent my passport to Ottawa. She said they just want to confirm, just a formality like other security questions they ask.

    Yes and they said it is just matter of time, it is in queue for printing. But I have seen people with same time line got there application approved.

    Yes I called them last week as well as this week but they have no answers. I don't know why it is taking too much time for us. My work permit is expiring on 5 Sep and it is giving too much stress.

    Same thing, for everything they are just taking time and it is so frustrating. Even I got the same answer of calling them back after one week now. My passport all shows as delivered on July 21.
