I sent mine on 19th July from USA to Ottawa and rhe actual receipt date was 20th July. No updates in my profile. No clue what's happening there. It's really difficult to get the agent on line.

Hi You can call this number (613) 944-4000 from the USA. I tried and spoke to the agent ( I got my PPR on 18th Jul) few days back from the US. I even emailed you to the email ID you gave me. It's hard to get the agent on line, but keep trying.

I think they consider USA applicants as inland applicants as the application is processed inside canada.
