Application was received for permanent residence on April 28, 2016. We've done everything (medical, payments, etc..) ahead before sending it to CIC. Got DM on June 14, 2017, scheduled interview date to finalize everything will be next week (July 12, 2017).

That's actually a good "thing". I was confused because on the header of the mail the date which is today marked differently (Month/day/year)

On it, but it's pretty frustrating that I'm being disconnected continuously due to high volume of calls .

560 Applicant is from NEPEAN This is a major screw up from CIC. It has pretty much all the info that was submitted to them. Passport #, full name etc...

Here's something strange to discuss. I've received an email stating that I've a new message waiting on my CIC account. Logged in & opened it. To my surprise, it is a approval letter, BUT for someone else in Ottawa! No clue who that person is, the application number & UCI number is totally...

So, I just called CIC just to make sure that it wasn't a glitch or anything like that and I was advised that our application was approved yesterday and everything will be sent to Etobicoke where a interview will be scheduled. Super excited atm. Good luck to all of you! Any questions let me know.
