Cic website clearly mentions what information is need in the letter. Make sure you make a leeter on your own for each company and give them as ready reference. Take efforts to create your own formats as copying is not a very good option

The PCC is issued by FBI only and hence it doesn't matter to cic I guess. I personally know atleast 3 cases eho applied through agent and have received PPR now. Will reply yo your message too

The Certificate of Good Conduct is issued in Dutch with a portion translated in English at the bottom. It is not necessary to have it translated.

Hi, you can apply with current passport and modify your information once you receive a new one. No need to explain anything if you are in express entry however if you would have already received an ITA then you need to submit an explanation in eAPR
