    if they had issued about 3500 ITAs for the last 3-4 draws. the CRS would have dropped to 425 or even less.

    nothing is impossible.. At the start of this year, no one thought that cutoff would hit as low as 413. so why cant we expect the same in the coming days?? Be positive:)
