Stream - FSW - O 1st ADR was explanation on previous visa refusal. 2nd ADR was a UK PCC request which was weird cos I never lived in the UK although visited a few time but by no mean close to 6 months cumulatively. So I raised a CSE and wrote an email explaining that.

Hey buddy, Not all files are transfered to LVO and probably yours will be treated in Canada. Transfer to LVO doesn't indicate speedy PPR, in many cases, it can even be a disadvantage. Just hang in there and wait for your PPR! Its around the corner. Cheers

Hi, I think the requirement is to be physically in Canada 3 out of 5 years for you to maintain PR status. I know of many people that leave just after a few weeks of landing to then return back to Canada a year or 2 after. So I think you should be fine. You can also confirm from others. Cheers!
