After the IRCC website maintenance last Tuesday I can not see the final decision anymore nothing written "blank row" However the status in the dashboard is "refused"

They sent me the refusal letter already in 6/6 Again had an update in 7/6, since then I have not received any update, and I sent them (the visa office in AbuDhabi) an e-mail asking whether the application is closed or it is really in progress... no response
