Hey guys, I ordered GCMS notes on Jan 22, got ghost update on Jan 24. On Feb 01 CIC agent told my application was approved. So I assume application was approved on Jan 24. 2 weeks passed from ghost apdate and there is no PPR email. Can GCMS notes be the reason for delay of issuing PPR email...

Tried about 6 times in the beginning of their working day, without success. Then dialed at noon (Ottawa time), and got to the queue immediately, waiting time was 23 minutes. Lady was very polite and didn't mind to help me with my status.

BTW I've read here that agents can't see application status if file is processed outside Canada. Perhaps, when application is finalized they can.
