    School waiver doesn't affect embassy requirement, IELTS is strongly recommended in new Delhi visa office, but what I don't know is if they do waiver IELTS and under what conditions.

    Because from the check list of my visa office area IELTS is not mentioned and in other visa office area like India it is stated STRONGLY recommended. Am just confused because because English and French are the official languagesite same as English is used in India.
