Yes, I started the test, I didn’t even see the first question at all as I was kicked out of the test with popping up message saying that they can’t connect to the webcam. I signed in again and again and I did see the timer was on.

No idea, sorry! I am CEC inland. As far as I know, there are different timelines for these streams. Medicals passed and UCI also generated. My additional docs are still being reviewed and my BG changed from Not Needed at this time to Not Applicable. And yes the DM will be made soon. Just wait :-)
