I had the same requests back in November 2019.

As far as i know they do not have any such timeline for keeping an application active or not. It has to end up by a decision taken that's all. Sooner or later they have to conclude by taking a decision. Just wait for that.

Yes you can if you have already submitted your permanent residency application and it is under processing

Don’t worry, i m pretty much at same level too. We can’t help it out & that is the exact same answer i got at the MP office when i reached them back in March.
