My university has sent them documents through registered mail on October - 21. They took 5 Months to acknowledge the mail. Now again, more than 4 months passed but no update.

Can anyone please share link for CES web form or other links where we can raise queries. I'm going to send a follow up mail. I have not received any feedback since the authentication step started on 31st March -21.

CES mentioned they take up to 10 weeks to complete the authentication steps, but it varies a lot as they may send mail to university for verification.

Yes, they have stopped updating the status on their website and will contact through mail only. My status is also not available on the CES portal. They are very slow, these days they are taking 6 to 8 Months for clearing files.

On my application portal, I'm not able to see the application status. Anyone facing the same issue? Follow your Application status TAB is Blank.

I heard after the holidays, probably from this week, CES is planned to work on September applications thereafter followed by the October applications. Expecting to hear from them in mid-Feb only. Extended Toronto Lockdown is another headache.:rolleyes:

Good to know C3/4 is complete. Have you take any follow up with the CES team and do they inform about verification with the documents issuing institute. I believe the rest of the procedure is going to complete by this month.
