Do both parents need to go to Service Canada to submit a passport application for a minor?

Application submitted on August 22, 2022. UCI received on March 11, 2023 - email alert received. Approved on March 21, 2023 - no email; known by checking the account. There are only status messages, no PDF letters/notifications so far.

I went with 0112 but don't think you're will be that.

I got an email saying application status updated. I see no messages or letters but do see the UCI number now and status says we are processing the application. Did you get an actual letter with the UCI? How long did it take after UCI until the Decision made letter?

Fascinating! What did they do? Depending how recent, renewals aren't needed anymore. Just inform them of the new passport number and that's enough.

Mine changed to approved 2 minutes after I commented here, lol. Have you received your card or not ordered it yet? I ordered the replacement yesterday, as soon as the citizenship showed updated.
