You can apply CAIPS online. It will cost you from 40 to 120 CAD (cost depend package by package base) or it will cost u CAD 5 if you have friend or relative in canada (doesn't matter on which visa they are)

Its my personal suggestion raise an webform enquiry otherwise you will be more late for decision because today guy of 27 june got visa. Now a days there is too much rush in chandigarh embassy. Everyday around 4k application has been submtd. So try to inform that you are so much late

You can check the status on blue dart tracking website, put your VFS tracking tracking number through reference number onblue dart tracking website. There you can able to see whether the consignment reached to desitination or not and who collected that.

You can link your paper application to online to check the approval. Or wait for a day
