My suggestion would be to get new one for both items. New reference letter with new date of issuance and new bank statement. Do not leave a hole into what you are providing for such important process.

Hi, Yes when my spouse was added to my profile, she also got a UCI and then immediately after that, I received BIL and medical form. Within medical form her UCI and IME number. So I assume though it is upfront but it requires the UCI and IME and application number.

You have at least gotten an acknowledgement! I didn’t and don’t know why. Has your office been in Paris as well? Would it work if I call them regarding my docs or just wait for them to respond with receipt acknowledgment?
