Was it really an ghost update on April 25th? I think they updated the test status to complete on that day for previous few weeks' test.

@Franko72 what did you ask in the call everyday? I did not called them ever but I am guessing when you called them, they replied that your case is in process and it may take 4+ months to complete. That means you should not call in next 4 months. right?

based on tracking docs, online is relatively faster after completion of test.

I don't think it was broken. They are now posting the test results that were reviewed last week (specially on 19-Apr-22). Updates are not real time. someone need to manually update the tracker's data.

I did not received any email. Status was updated in new tracker (https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/).

My citizenship test status updated to completed today. Test was on 16-Apr-2022.

3 to 4 months for decision. 'Citizenship Test' should be completed within a week from test date (after they review the the photos taken during test).

Citizenship test invitation email comes from local office. For example, if mail comes from "DN Cit SCR Scheduling", your file is in Scarborough.

No. I have not faced similar issue. My status updated twice before when the added correspondence for pre-arrival service invitation and passport request.
