can anyone help me and tell me how to fill the appendix A - updated information chart whether to fill it electronically or by hand and what other documents to send along with the passport if anyone has pictures of their filled ones that will help im confused

i think yes my case was actually filed on november 26th they asked for a re medical on january 3rd so in december they were actually going through my husband's part of the case i could be wrong tho

if you submit your application on november 18th but they email you saying you left out a document and by december they have your complete set of documents so my question is is november my submission date or decemeber

the lady at the medical centre said that applicants from islamabad take less time compared to other cities plus your travel history matters as well i've been to the states twice i passed my medical test right away since feb they're reviewing my eligibility should I be worried?
