I've got the same, I had uploaded them and it said they had been uploaded previously but it is now saying "we do not need additional documents". However I can still see them uploaded in "view submitted application" so I can only assume all is OK still.

I was able to upload it on my application page so neither of those options; from what I've read the upload doesn't seem to be available to most sadly.
