You should try calling CIC on Monday. Let them know its really urgent ya i will call them monday morning let's see

mine timeline is almost same as yours passport delivered in 6th oct i tried emailing them my ticket and calling several times but no luck yet

my passport was delivered on 6th and i sent email on 10th about visa office for my spouse. they never replied to me but in the evening i got passport request for her with instructions for new delhi visa office
