reapplying worked for me. If I kept waiting for the 1st app, I wouldn't have received AOR until now.

I advise Oct applicants who haven't yet recieved their AOR to reapply ASAP. I sent 1st application on Oct 13 , recieved by IRCC Oct 16/17.
