    Hello, did any one that sent to Manila on or after December 9, 2016 get a DM? ( processing starting January 9, 2017 ). Are applications typically handled in order? I saw a few quick DM statuses from the Manila office, I'm hoping to get one for my wife soon since they won't give her a tourist visa.
