When you log in your account, you get to the page " view my submitted applications or profile", then you chose check status and messages to get to the application, that's were you can see the details column... the last time it said updated instead of Submitted the background changed to IP2...

Did you check you messages for a message called " request letter"..?! If it's not there, they should send it shortly, that how you know what documents to provide.

Hey there, They asked me for additional documents last week via email and message. Log in your account, you should have received a message that explains what documents are needed. Then when u want to upload the documents you go to " check my application" you'll find a place to upload them...
