Hello, asking for a friend po. Narefused po ang application nila under common law dahil hindi po sila na declared nun sponsor. Kung magpapakasal daw ba sila at mag re apply, may chance na kaya na ma approve or ano po ang dapat nilang gawin? Salamat!

Hi sis,pareho tayo case..naka receive din ako procedural fairness nung sept 2017 then oct ako nagsubmit ng nga additional supporting documents until now wala pandin kami update..May 2017 applicant ako..about saan procedural fairness mo?

Ano po meaning pag yung sa additional documents sa gckey nagchanged from “we do not need additional documents” to “not applicable”?

Talaga sis? Kaya lang kasi wala pa na-receive na SA yung asawa ko kaya nagtatanungan kami kung approve na ba sya..sabi nya hindi naman cguro magrerequest ang cic ng iba pang documents kung hindi pa sya approve as sponsor
