Wrong, again! Guarantor doesn't have to live at the same address. Also, they don't need to have known you for "more than 2 years". It is "at least 2 years".

Most people here apply to become citizens based on their physical residence in Canada for a number of days. You didn't say that you didn't, so I assumed that was your case too.

What did you have sent? Because that certificate is a simple document, not really an ID...
