Hello How many days do i need to spend in Canada

Nothing from before you became a PR counts. It used to, but not anymore. They are working on a bill that will change the rules again, but they will not be exactly the same as before. It is also unclear when those rules would come into force - it could be a while.

No, they are not - except for very specific cases. Maybe it's time to find a new lawyer? (Again, unless it's a very specific case).

    Decision made after CJ Interview

In most cases it won't... It depends on who you and your spouse are employed by. If neither of you is employed by "Canadian Armed Forces, federal public administration, or public service of a province or territory" (and not as a "locally engaged person"), then time spent outside of Canada...

    Passport questions

And where did I say they could not live at your address? I am not saying that they cannot live at your address, I am saying they do not have to live at your address. I'm not sure how I can make it any clearer.

    Passport questions

Wrong, again! Guarantor doesn't have to live at the same address. Also, they don't need to have known you for "more than 2 years". It is "at least 2 years".

Most people here apply to become citizens based on their physical residence in Canada for a number of days. You didn't say that you didn't, so I assumed that was your case too.
