1-888-242-2100 (4 then 0) Still have the same issue for my wife's application since AOR. Tried all combinations (Appln. no, UCI, Full name etc.) without any luck so far. But CIC does provide updates on the progress of your application over call.

Still can't see wife's application online on ecas. Anyone having the same issue had luck? Sent two web forms, spoke to cic support without any resolution yet. Received on: Mar 9 AOR: Oct 20

Have you submitted the web form? AOR received on Oct 20th and can't find the app on ECAS yet.
