I have never got an email from my VO that they received documents but I did get one more line saying that they started processing our application on a date (which means that my VO have got our package of documents). So I'd say wait for a change on ECAS.

No, it doesn't mean that your visa office has got it. It means IRCC looked at your documents and finally they will be uploaded to your application.

Does anybody knows how long it takes for CIC to change status in your account about receiving documents if you mail them the hard copy and they've received it already (because the delivery company says they delivered)?

It's the same in my account. But when I called them they said they do need additional documents so I did it through IRCC webform and now after they fixed problems with their site it says they don't need any documents. How can I understand what to do if their words never match their site?

Did you send it in PDF file or JPEG? Because I have 3 pages of PCC (I translated and notorized it ) do I have to name these files or they will understand ?
