I received my Passport and COPR today, in US. It was picked up by Fedex 07/20.

My Fedex tracker is active today. Picked up from "GATINEAU, PQ" I sent my PP from USA. delivered 06/26 and approved 07/13.

From My GCMS notes: Case officer who reviews the application, approves it after eligibility and gives instructions i.e Ready to Finalize. That means preparing everything needed for PR card i.e request for passport for Visa, COPR printing, any other system update etc. It used to take 1-2 days...

Guys, Me too from USA. My passport was delivered on 06/26 and approved on 07/13. I used FedEx. My FedEx account is in use and never had any problems with their service. It's CPC Ottawa which wants to keep our passports forever. Lets keep each other informed.

Guys, what number to call CIC from USA? My passport was delivered on June 26 and i have no update yet. Trying to call 888-242-2100 from USA and not able to connect.

I know. I would freak out big time after hearing such thing on phone. I am anxious to get my passport back but not bold enough to call CIC for the same reason.

I read a similar story for someone else on this forum, maybe May 2017 thread. But the guy got his passport back within days. So seems sometimes they don't have correct information on phone but the passport is still going through normal stamping process.
