One of my friends who applied under NOC 0111 submitted full docs in Oct 2010 and received 2nd AOR in December 2010 has not received any response from NDVO. He has send a case specific inquiry few days ago, lets see what would be the response from VO. He is April 2010 applicant! Regards Manpreet
