CIIP and COA is not required. Pero it is adviseable to attend the seminars so that you can be better prepared pag land nyo sa Canada.

Im not really sure about the DFA authentication. Pero you can send the documents to your Ate and ask her to notarize the documents in Canada. Para atleast nasayo pa ung orginal documents. Di pa ako nag start mag aral. =) Hopefull by January eh, matuloy na ung pagaaral namin.

I know BPI has an agreement with Scotiabank that your DD will clear after only 10 days. Pag umattend ka sa COA, may representative sila dun to discuss about it. Pero sa Paseo branch or Head Office lang ata available yun.
