I only get an automatic message from Question@cic.gc.ca. Is that an Aor?

Thank you so much Legal Falcon. In page 2 Assesment, Eligibility is not started . I raised a CSE with an updated bank statement showing more than the required amount of money. My AOR is 25 Dec and file was transferred 07 March. I get this notes last week. What do you think?
