For my case Coc sg roughly 3wks lead time inclusive of e-appeal, eappointment for fingerprinting. after fingerprint have to wait for few mins then u can get ur COC. I use PNP nomination as evidence for eappeal and it was approved. my name and my wife`s name is included in the nomination.

Patience is a virtue. Since we have waited for close to 2 years to process our papers, what more for the nomination with few weeks of waiting after ADR? Your nom will come in due time So for the meantime just relax.
