I think you can also email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca They can also tell when your tracker will be activated or approximate time. They did that for me and responded to my email the next day

I got it next day in the morning. So tracker was activated in the evening and got my passport the following day

I think it got stamped when my file changed to Approved. It took about 3 days after approval for my tracker to be activated

I submitted my passport May 27th. Just received it back from Ottawa today. Tracker was activated yesterday.

I got DM the next day when background check changed to in process. Hopefully, you get DM tomorrow :)

Feb 15 applicant. Just got Decision made today. Background changed to in progress yesterday. Still waiting for Passport Request. Hopefully, tomorrow. Long journey almost over!

I'm in the same boat as you. Feb 15 applicant. Called CIC and they said Criminal portion of Background Check is done. The outstanding part is the security check. Fingers crossed. Hopefully, in the next 2 months. Frustrating, but what can we do? Only thing is to stay positive!
