They have very clearly mentioned that 80% of the applicants PROCESSED FROM THE MONTH JULY,2011 TO OCTOBER 2011,WERE PROCESSED IN 27 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RECIPT OF THE COMPLETE APPLICATION PCKAGE TO VISA OFFICE. I dont knw y the people r confusing it with some kind of LEGAL OBLIGATION ON VISA...

Hi! May I ask seniors, for the sake of understanding,and I do not mean to offend any one, why people with a 2nd AOR dated around July/August,2010 are getting In Process E case status, while some with 2nd AOR dated March/April/May/June,2010. are still RBVO????
