My profile was in this state for 10 days, citizenship ceremony section appearing as completed and overall profile in progress, no idea what it meant. I guess once the citizenship certificates are dispatched then only overall tracker status changes to closed. I would suggest waiting a few more...

My tracker status changed today to closed. Oath was on Aug 19th.

Ceremony host asked to include only the officer’s initials as all other info would be in the oath form. So I just stated that in the subject

Did you get a response from Scarborough office? I took my oath on Friday, Aug 19th, tracker still shows status as in progress.

They replied saying the application is in queue for citizenship ceremony. And the following day, tracker showed that oath ceremony has been scheduled for Aug 19th.
