yes I don't think its as easy. They don't like people calling them to ask for status of applications. I think submitting an Access to Information Act request to IRCC is the only thing that really works.

Based on the trackers there are some May people processed in Scarborough who have already received LPP and Oath invite . It looks like they are processing May applications already.

Yes it looks like Mach and April 2023 Toronto applications are progressing to LLP stage. I think Scarborough office is now working on June 2023 applications. but you are right you never know.
