Hi, my Mom has to go to VFS Manila to get her passport stamped with the visa, per the PPR this should be done within 30 days the PPR letter was received.

Yes, she has to do another xray exam after 8 weeks. My Mom said that when they were small kids they lived in their grandma's house who has TB at that time. My mom's siblings have the scar too, however they are all negative for TB.
