Delhi airport website mentions that it requires international travelers to download the Aarogya Setu app. To setup the App, an Indian mobile number is required. For international travelers who don't have that, how do they set this up?

I'm currently applying for a tourist visa with my Canadian passport. One of the questions is "Have you ever visit India before". I have with my Indian passport, but they ask for Visa details which I don't have since I travelled with my Indian passport. Has anyone else had this problem? If so...
