hello. I applied last December 2010 under NOC 3152. All my docs were already reviewed. If I reapply again today, will it be okay if I submit the same documents even if they already reviewed them. Their only reason why my papers were returned because the cap was already full.

Hi miguel, When did you know this? Mine was received by CIO last Dec 20, 2010 by STEPHENSON. I have been email-ing them and they said they could not locate my application. I feel so sad. My original IELTS is in there. :(
