You can get in touch with any of the empaneled clinics in ur country and get the medicals done... You need to ring them up and reserve quoting your stream (EE FSW or EE CEC / EE Trades) ... You need ita letter , copies of passport and photograph ( only some insist ) ... You can get it done...

Ideally you should wait till the cut offs are near 430s to create ur ee profile... then if still u get an ita for a draw with cut off above 428, decline it and wait till ur ita is legit at below/equal 428.... once u have ita, write an LoE to explain the issue ...even if the processing officer...
