Ya it most likely could be a glitch. We received PPR on August 2nd, but nothing changed on the MyCIC account. There is also no update on the ECAS since the 'Medical Results' note. As long as you follow the instructions in the correspondence they send, you should be fine.

Update: On the VFS website, it shows that the passport is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI. We submitted the passport on August 3rd, and Delhi received it on the 4th.
