bro this is really not true ... i got refused after waiting for 7 weeks .

bro when you get email after your refusal that your application has been updated so they just write on the application that "we regret , your application has been refused .. " and just change the status of the application from processing to refused . when you get refusal mail they havent changed...

dont be worried , you will get visa if you have answered your previous visa refusal reasons sensibly . btw what were your visa refusal reasons ?

when did they ask you for new letter of acceptance ? this usually means that you will get visa for next intake so dont worry

bro do not withdraw your application . if you do not get your visa before your college starts so your college will defer you for september intake

bro it is really normal but you can fill ircc web form to know more about your application status by generating a query

bro did your bank balance or your sponsors bank balance got less than the amount you need to study ? because i guess that after this much time you can get refusal just because if your account's balance got less than what you need .
