I wouldn't get advice on this issue from a forum. Talk to an actual lawyer, not even immigration consultants. Immigration consultants follow a fixed guideline and have little to no experience on how to deal with complicated cases.

I hope you get your oath invite very soon. each application is different. According to the tracker, most DM to oath invite timeframe since May has been between a few days to a month with 2 weeks being the average for vancouver office. I'm sure there are exceptions.

For online applications, I don't think there is a single office where the whole applicaton is processed. I am saying this because my wife and I applied from Calgary. We both got test invites from vanocuver. I got oath invite from vancouver, but my wife got her oath invite from winnipeg.

Just got my video oath invite for July 14 from the vancouver office. Tracker has not been updated yet. My wife took her video oath last week at the manitoba office.

We live in Calgary. Our test invite was from vancouver, but my wife's oath invite came from SK/MB. Funny how our location and oath invites are reversed.

have you tried ordering gcms notes? not sure how much detail it will have though.

just hang in there. i know this is painful. 3 months felt like 3 years, but once its all done, all this agony of waiting will feel sweeter. your turn will come. My wife got her oath invite in less than 10 days. Who knows how long they will make me wait.

My processing office is probably vancouver. That's where i got the citizenship test invite from. my physical location is calgary.

Based on the current trend, it should be very soon. I'm thinking a week max. Maybe earlier. A lot of applicants around my timeline got their LPP done within the last week. I knew it was coming and it was a pleasant sight when i logged in this morning. hang in there and keep us updated.

I think so too. My wife applied 2 weeks after I did and passed her test 2 weeks after I did, but she got her LPP done last week. No update on my file since mid March.
