I know a person who received NOI on May 14 (2175/445) and got nominated on June 21.

If this question to me - no, I didn't submit recently, but I know their timelines. "acknowledgement from NBPNP" is the same as AOR, they'll send it to you within 1-2 weeks after receiving your documents.
