Like weeks from being notified of COPR or from sending in the passport?

I received a letter stating that my COPR has been issued but I did not receive the COPR form itself. I have also yet to receive my passport from the passport office. Is this normal or should I be worried?

No I am in Australia so I sent it to the Australian location on November 30th and it was received on December 5th: no word since.

Wouldn't you need a bridging visa?

I'd add them into the application because if they notice a gap in your work history they may ask you to provide more information or even reject the application. Better to be safe than sorry and having to go through the entire process again.
