If I change a non-accompanying dependent, to accompanying. Do I have to pay the Sponsorship fee again? I have received a positive DM on my original sponsorship, and hubby's application has been forwarded to the local visa office (criminal inadmissibility check).

This is the big question though. What do accompanying kids do while they are waiting for PR. Are they entitled to go to school and get medical coverage? I am Canadian, hubby and step son are American; we have an inland application.
