what did you fill in undertaking.. i have the same 1st situation

Current undertaking number comes from IMM0008 Q3... what is this Q3?? i dont find any box.. also i am sponsoring only my parents but have mentioned my sibling in dependents(not accompanying to canada) of primary applicant..so will my undertakings be 1or 2 or 3??

Hi guys, I am confused with how ITAs are being sent to candidates. I mean if i check 3rd August draw, there were almost more than 12000 candidate in the score range of 410-450. then how come only 3264 ITAs were sent? Can anyone help me understand this.
