My PR card is approved. March 13 landing

Landed March 13 in NB. Was able to link card with my CIC online account as soon as I got home after landing, so linked card about 45mns after landing... this afternoon,April 26, PR card status shown Updated (exactly after 6weeks) but no change in status.

Hey, I personally sent the webform a day after the deadline the office gave to me, so that IRCC won't be confused if they receive the sheet before the clinic submitted theirs. So If you wanna do the same thing I did you can submit on the 21st. As per the non completed results no worries mine...

I did upfront Meds on June, about 6 months after I applied. I think going for upfront is a personal decision as it involves some risks of re-doing it if application takes more time to process, specially if applicant goes under SS. As for my personal experience, it was a good thing for me so far...

On past threads seems like people who did upfront had same situation, and after a couple of days it goes to passed online. But we can't never know with IRCC can we? I hope it won't necessary mean a re-do of medicals :(
