Use twitter (@WESCanada)! After a month and a half of "Documents received review in progress" status and no replies on my emails I complained on twitter. Things started to get moving, but it still took them 1 month to complete my evaluation.

You should stick with previous, as the question is "When did you took the test" and not "When did you get results in"

Requested re-evaluation on March 22nd, it was completed today April 4th. Results? Nothing changed, except for my bank statement -$124.30 >:( :(
