It takes about a week for them to acknowledge that they have sent your request across. We had applied on 9th June; got a confirmation on 14th June; and we received the GCMS notes on 22nd July.

Hi Hiyer, One week prior to our 1 year mark we raised a CSE and ordered for the Gcms notes. Probably that triggered some Kind of movement in our case. You could do the same as well. Do keep is posted.

We ordered through applygcms.com. Usually you get it within 30 days of applying.

Would you know of any particular reason so to why this case has been assigned to Special Unit?

Guys just to update, Last week we got a reply to our CSE that our case has been moved to a Special Unit (dont know what that means). Today we got a mail to redo our medicals. So we do not know if we have completed our SS or still in SS. If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be great.

Also last week we received an update on our CSE request stating that our case has been assigned to a Special Unit. So our doubt is if we have actually cleared our SS or still in SS?

Even we got the same reply from the same agent post raising CSE. What does it mean?

Hi @legalfalcon , Our AOR is 24th June 2017. We are stuck in SS since August 2017. Since our medicals expired, we have received a request to redo the medicals today. Does this mean that we are through SS? Or even after doing remedicals, we can still be in SS and the wait for PR still...

Yes, I applied from India. I really dont remember the NOC Code now, since its been more than a year. Even our Medicals have expired. We havent received any update as to if we need to redo our medicals or if has been extended for another year. Try applying for your GCMS notes to see whats going...
