That is where I am seeing status as "Certificate printed". But it not moving ahead in the process.

Why the Passport surrender service is so slow? I submitted my application on 8th Feb and the status tracker is showing "Certificate printed" since last Thursday. People have got the certificates within 2 weeks earlier in January. :(

Yes, you have to select "Passport"

I submitted my Passport surrender application on 8-Feb in Brampton BLS (walk-in). Today the status changed to "Surrender Certificate is under review at Embassy"

I think if you already have an interaction with them very recently, you can wait for a week or so and see if are getting any updates. If not, then you can drop an email

That worked like a charm. To my surprise, I received a response to my email within 2 hours. It says my oath is scheduled for 19-Oct virtually.
